Who are we?

Be Healthia™ is directed by Mònica Miserachs and Martina Miserachs (founders and CEOs). The Healthia international team is made up of dieticians and nutritionists from dietician and nutritionist associations affiliated with the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations (ICDA). The Healthia Technical Consultation Committee is composed of:

  • Sergi Arola, a two-Michelin-star chef with restaurants in Barcelona, Ibiza, Lisbon, Madrid, Mumbai and Verbier.
  • Julio Basulto, a dietician and nutritionist, a researcher in the domain of human nutrition and diet.
  • Jordi Garrido, executive chef, Hotel Miramar Barcelona
  • George Pierre, gastronomic consultant an executive chef for Derby Hotels (Madrid, Barcelona and Paris, 2006-2013), and for Na Xamena (2015).
  • Giuseppe Russolillo, a dietician and nutritionist, a member of the Board of Directors of the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations.
  • Yolanda Sala, a dietician and nutritionist, the Vice-President of the Spanish Foundation of Dieticians and Nutritionists.
